Kuura 5 months / Kuura 5 kuukautta

Speedy and energetic, curious and bold, sweet and fabulous!  That's our Kuura - five months old today!  There's no sign of Kuura having been the smallest puppy in the litter once.  Kuura has been a healthy pup from the beginning and she eats and likes all kinds of food.  Kuura is still served puppy food three times a day, mixed with home-made food and rape-oil.  As well as Kuura eats with great relish, Kuura's also well-mannered while being served her food. Having two other dogs in the house, there has to be certain rules at dinner-time.  Having her first meal in our house Kuura was taught to sit and wait the same way as Della and Taika. No one is allowed to start eating before having got the "you're welcome-permission".

Kuura is also in the midst of cutting her second teeth and Kuura's ears still look very nice.  No glue yet...  Now we're dreaming of attending dog shows.

The strategic measurements of our five months old "Lady Grey": height 36,8 cm and weight 6,7 kg - in other words, for the time being Pasi has got a dog for the medium class in agility...

Five months of lovely sheltie power.

Viisi kuukautta ihanaa sheltti poweria.

Nopea ja energinen, utelias ja rohkea, söpö ja fantastinen!  Se on meidän Kuura - tänään viisi kuukautta!  Ei merkkiäkään, että Kuura olisi ollut pentueen pienin.  Kuura on ollut terve pentu alusta alkaen ja syö ja pitää kaikenlaisista ruuista.  Kuura saa vielä penturuokaa kolme kertaa päivässä, johon on sekoitettu kotiruokaa ja rypsyöljyä.  Kuura syö hyvällä ruokahalulla ja käyttäytyy myös hyvin kun ruoka tarjoillaan.  Kun talossa on myös kaksi muuta koiraa täytyy ruoka-aikaan olla tietyt säännöt.  Kun Kuura sai ensimmäisen ateriansa se opetettiin heti istumaan ja odottamaan kuten Della ja Taikakin. Kukaan ei saa aloittaa ennen "ole hyvä-käskyä".

Kuura on juuri vaihtamassa maitohampaansa ja Kuuran korvat näyttävät edelleen todella hyviltä.  Ei vielä liiman tarvetta...  Nyt haaveilemme näyttelyihin osallistumisesta.
